William Andrew Walker was born in 1725 in Goochland County, Colony of Virginia. He married Mary Lovenia Lewis (b. 1730 in Louisa County, Colony of Virginia; d. 1798 in Virginia). They were the parents of Elverton P. Walker. William served as a Corporal in the American Revolution. He died in 1806, Washington County, Indiana Territory (U.S.).
Elverton Payton Walker was born on 16 Jun 1775 in King George County, Bath, Colony of Virginia. His parents were Cpl. William Andrew Walker and Mary Levenia Lewis. Elverton married, firstly, Hannah Thompson on 30 May 1794 in Bath County, Virginia. He married secondly, Susan Bailes (b. 04 Feb. 1782; d. 1803) on 30 May 1794 in Greenbrier County, Virginia. They were the parents of James Alexander Walker and Hiram A. Walker. Elverton married, thirdly, Margaret McGahee in about 1804. They were the parents of Solon, Mary Polly, Isabella, Permelia “Amelia,” Margaret, Hiram, Madison, Elverton Samuel, Lewis, George Jackson, Matilda M., Felix H., Olive B., William, and Isabella. Elverton purchased the farm of John Hess on Laurel Creek in Nicholas County, Virginia, and built his cabin there. His family of 14 children added greatly to the county’s population at the time. Elverton is listed as a witness from Nicholas County in the Revolutionary War pension application for a soldier Jeremiah Odell (or Odle) who had settled in Nicholas County and lived in the same neighborhood as Elverton. Elverton died 22 Feb 1830 in Nicholas County, Virginia.
James Alexander Walker was born on June 16, 1798, in Virginia. He married Nancy “Fanny” Legg on 19 April 1821 in Nicholas County, Virginia. They were the parents of Willis, William, Elijah “Eli,” Mary Francis, Hiram Silas, James Milton, Eliza P, David, John W., Minerva Frances, George W. and Charles Greenbury Walker. In 1854 and 1856, James purchased a total of 612 1/2 acres of land on Tuppers Creek, Kanawha County, Virginia, but died in 1869 before he could settle there. James died in 1869 in Clay County, West Virginia.

After moving to the land that his father had purchased on Tuppers Creek, Kanawha County, West Virginia , he married Mary Sigman in Kanawha County, Virginia, in 1858. They were the parents of Francis Marion, John W., Mary, Nancy Ellen, and Martha Walker.
Francis Marion Walker was born on 15 May 1858 on Tuppers Creek, Kanawha County, Virginia. He married firstly, Hannah Ann Jordan in Kanawha County, West Virginia on 22 Mar 1877. Hannah died on 28 February 1878 on Tuppers Creek, Kanawha County, West Virgina. Francis married secondly, Mary Rachel Baker on 28 Aug 1878. They were the parents of George William (b. 1881, d. 1955), Margaret E valine (b. 1884, d. 1950), James Willis (b. 1887, d. 1971) and Elsie Graham Walker (b. 1889, d. 1940). Mary died in early 1889. Francis married thirdly, Samaria Evangeline Edens on 20 Oct 1889 in Kanawha County. They were the parents of Ballard Ambrose Walker (b. 19 Aug 1892, d. 1952), and Harry Preston Walker (b. 1894, d. 1971). Samaria Died in 1893. Frances married fourthly, Lovinia “Van” Edens in 1894. They were the parents of Rosie Ann (b. 20 Feb 1897, d. 1989), Goldie Bell (b. 28 Jul 1898, d. 1975), Herman McKinley (b. 1901, d. 1954), Birdie Irene (b. 10 Oct 1904, d. 1977), Arthur Earl (b. 1 Oct 1907, d. 1989), and Sina Myrtle Walker (b. 24 Aug 1909, d. 1967).
Goldie Bell Walker was born on 28 July 1898 on Tuppers Creek, Poca District, Kanawha County, WV. She married Romeo Albert Baldwin, son of Robert Benjamin Baldwin and Sallie Ann Sigmon of Grapevine Creek, Poca District, Kanawha County, WV, on 26 Jul 1919. Goldie and "Rome" were the parents of Arthur Herman (b. 1920, d. 1993), Harold Albert (b. 1922, d. 2000), Gilbert Carl (b. 1923, d. 1998), Myrtle (b. 1924, d. 2016), Marion (b. 1928, d. 1928), Betty Jane (b. 1930, d. 1931), and Oren Lee Baldwin (b. 1936, d. 2014). All their children were born on Sigmon Fork, Tuppers Creek, Kanawha County, WV. Goldie died on 6 Oct 1975.6 OCTOBER 1975
